Account info: your email address and a bcrypt-hashed password. Billing info: your Stripe customer ID and subscription state (we never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that). Usage telemetry: which parcels you favorited, which skip-traces you ran, how often you log in.
We don't track you across other sites. We don't sell your data. We don't add you to a marketing list without explicit consent. The only emails we send are transactional (trial ending, plan changed, password reset).
Skip-trace lookups send the parcel's address (and the owner name when present) to Tracerfy and/or BatchData. AI proformas send the parcel record to Anthropic's Claude API. WA SoS entity lookups query the public Washington Secretary of State business registry. These providers each have their own privacy policies.
Your account data stays until you delete it. Cancelled subscriptions keep their favorites and portfolios indefinitely so you can re-subscribe without losing your work. Email edsar@kw.com to request account deletion.
One signed session cookie keeps you logged in (30-day rolling expiry). One optional analytics cookie if we've enabled product analytics (none on launch). No third-party tracking.
